Sr. Service Management Analyst

Services Required: 

Responsible to act as a contract resource supporting the IT Operations Incident and Knowledge Management processes, champion and execute the Post Incident Review (PIR) process as required, support stakeholder engagement and communications across the province and make recommendations for improvement.
