Desktop Support Technician
6 Month contract
Our client requires a Desktop Support Technician.
Skillsets required:
- Familiar with Windows 7, Windows XP
- Hardware support for desktops and printers
- Documentation skills
Responsibilities will include:
- Reporting to Help Desk manager and/or Operations Manager
- Work with existing team and assist with troubleshooting issues at the desktop level
- Work with users to resolve related desktop problems including software related issues
- Resolve issues with printers and other related user devices
- Deploy user related devices as required
- Document processes as indicated by management
- Vehicle will be required as trips to customer offices may be required.
