Sr. Change Management Lead

Services Required:

As part of the overall project, HIM requires a Change Management and Communications Lead to develop and implement a plan for the transition of providers from traditional telephone dictation practices to FESR.  The consultant will collaborate with respective stakeholders to develop a framework for transition to FESR and provider documentation.  Note this project started in August 2016 and deployment of FESR at some sites has already been completed or partially completed.
