They are looking for a Customer Success Manager to work closely with Sales, Product Support, Finance, Product Management and Executive staff. The Customer Success Manager is responsible for ensuring customers receive excellent service including relationship management, customer on-boarding, support escalation and revenue retention and growth for their customers.
