AR Recruiting Process for Employers

  1. Initial contact (via phone, email, website)
  2. Two options for hiring employers
    -1) Hiring employer needs to fill out a needs assessment online/ in person
    -2) If hiring employer already has a job posting, click here (job order page).
  3. Second in person assessment with the technical manager of the organization (approximate 30 minutes)
  4. Create complimentary job assessment report and job posting for the employer
  5. Altitude Recruiting begins the search for the right candidate by a thorough vetting process
  6. Top 3 job candidates are presented to hiring employer for interviews
  7. Employer interviews candidates
  8. Altitude recruiting and employer negotiates, and agrees upon salary, benefits, and working terms for the final selected job candidate
  9. Job candidate commence employment with hiring employer
