AR Recruiting Process for Employers
- Initial contact (via phone, email, website)
- Two options for hiring employers
-1) Hiring employer needs to fill out a needs assessment online/ in person
-2) If hiring employer already has a job posting, click here (job order page).
- Second in person assessment with the technical manager of the organization (approximate 30 minutes)
- Create complimentary job assessment report and job posting for the employer
- Altitude Recruiting begins the search for the right candidate by a thorough vetting process
- Top 3 job candidates are presented to hiring employer for interviews
- Employer interviews candidates
- Altitude recruiting and employer negotiates, and agrees upon salary, benefits, and working terms for the final selected job candidate
- Job candidate commence employment with hiring employer
