Senior Product Support and Services Engineer

Job Summary

As a member of the Service and Support team you provide problem resolutions and implementation support to our partners and end user customers. The majority of the partners and customers will be in industrial operations and may not be experienced IT network administrators.

You will be required to understand the software suite and be able to translate technical knowledge into operational language to support our partners and customers. You will be working with the core software suite with defined routing capabilities as well as integrated key virtualized network functions such as intrusion detection, firewalls, data filtering, or data authentication to meet the growing needs of the industrial Internet sector.

You will also be assisting customers and partners in developing customer connectivity modules, and applications filters to modify data in the network. Experience with industrial automation systems, industrial protocols at the hardware and application layers, and the application of security in distributed system architectures will be beneficial. As a key contributor in an early phase software environment the ability to enrich at several levels of the business will be expected.
